ABOUT US

Our Story

We have begun to create lamps out of a desire to do work which is beautiful, creative, slow, the kind of work that does no harm and one can feel proud of. We have found that posing as an intermediary between one of the two most ancient opposites - light and darkness - gives us great joy and inspiration.

With every lamp we try to evoke the kind of harmonious sensations one feels when surrounded by nature. Created by folding thin stripes of wood, each lamp seems to slowly take on its own particular organic shape, reminiscent of a shell, a leaf, a body… A light softened by these forms creates a feeling of warmth and ease.
